Organization:
- Provides our own internal consultants who can get to the best solutions without hiring outside and expensive resources.
- Confidence we have to people/person to help when things are challenging. An internal resource to call on.
- Access to the brain trust through the Enlightened Leadership Online Community for special needs.
- Knowing the organization has a continually growing community of leaders who are ready to step up the next challenges.
- Really helps my company in it’s vision to be the workplace of choice.
- Build more and better trusting relationships. It’s being lost! People don’t know how to do it. I do now!
