There is no doubt that leadership skills and the right mental attitude will result in a successful outcome. One of the greatest leaders in the history of the United States, Thomas Jefferson is quoted here:
Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude.

To me this means no matter what happens I am in control of the attitude I choose for dealing with it and if a person doesn’t have the leadership skills and the right mental attitude, things will not go well for them. We know that it takes a lot of hard work and determination to succeed at anything we try, but remember that it is your mental attitude that will provide the foundation to build on.
