Have you ever been curious to know what leadership skills you may have shared with some of the world’s most influential leaders such as Ghandi, Mandela or say Lincoln?  To be honest, I have never actually imagined myself to be on their level in any way, so the answer to my very own question is no, or at least not until now.  I came across this interesting article written by Patrick Alain for Industry Leaders Magazine, that looks at the leadership skills of the worlds most influential leaders.  If you are curious, take a look at the article and see with which leader you most identify.

Leadership Skills of The World’s Most Influential Leaders

Leadership has been defined as a process through which a person influences and motivates others to get involved in accomplishment of a particular task. This single definition, although universally accepted, fails to define the particular paths and ways of people who are deemed as great leaders. All great leaders had something unique about them and yet they were bound by greatness that helped them to lead masses to innovation and new ideologies.

When considering this list of the leadership skills of the world’s most influential leaders, I was taken aback to see that Hitler made such a list.  I don’t consider dictators as serious influential leaders.  In fact, I have a hard time considering those who did so much harm and terrorized their own countries as a true leader at all.  Aside from that, I see myself most similar to Muhammad Ali.  What about you?
